Easy Pumpkin Dip with Ginger Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Jar of Pumpkin Butter 8 oz
  • 8 oz of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Container of Cool Whip Thawed NOT Froze
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Ginger Snap Cookies for Serving

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Sometimes it makes it easier to cut the cream cheese into chunks.
  • Blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined and fluffy (3-4 minutes)
  • Serve immediately with Ginger Snap Crackers or place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to seven days
