Ginger Snap Cookies for Serving
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Sometimes it makes it easier to cut the cream cheese into chunks.
Blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined and fluffy (3-4 minutes)
Serve immediately with Ginger Snap Crackers or place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to seven days
