Simple Summer Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Tsp oil
  • 6 cups chopped fresh vegetables use a variety: broccoli carrots, snap peas, onion, mushrooms, peppers, water chestnuts, celery, cauliflower
  • 1.5-2 cups stir fry sauce
  • 4 cups instant brown rice

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with oil, when hot, add fresh veggies
  • Saute for about 10 minutes, to keep veggies crisp
  • Add stir fry sauce, toss well
  • Serve over cooked brown rice
