Simple Summer Stir Fry

Serves: 6 servings
  • 1-2 Tsp oil
  • 6 cups chopped fresh vegetables use a variety: broccoli, carrots, snap peas, onion, mushrooms, peppers, water chestnuts, celery, cauliflower
  • 1.5-2 cups stir fry sauce
  • 4 cups instant brown rice
  1. Heat skillet with oil, when hot, add fresh veggies
  2. Saute for about 10 minutes, to keep veggies crisp
  3. Add stir fry sauce, toss well
  4. Serve over cooked brown rice
