Easy Greek Flatbread Recipe

Serves: 4-6 flatbreads
  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1½ tsp paprika
  • 1½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 4-6 Flatbreads
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium to medium high heat, use a little olive oil to coat (or cooking spray).
  2. Add the ground chicken, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until the ground chicken is no longer pink and has broken into small chunks (5-7 minutes).
  4. Warm the flatbreads in the microwave for 15 seconds and then place one on each serving plate. Place about ¼ cup of the chicken on each flatbread.
  5. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, feta and a dollop of the Greek yogurt.
