Easy Pumpkin Dip with Ginger Crackers

  • 1 Jar of Pumpkin Butter (8 oz)
  • 8 oz of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 Container of Cool Whip (Thawed NOT Froze)
  • ½ Tbsp Vanilla
  • Ginger Snap Cookies for Serving
  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Sometimes it makes it easier to cut the cream cheese into chunks.
  2. Blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined and fluffy (3-4 minutes)
  3. Serve immediately with Ginger Snap Crackers or place in a sealed container in the fridge for up to seven days
